You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours and/or before a first draft is sent. Once a first draft is sent, you can no longer cancel your order.
No. As long as you give us some basic information to work with, we can create a resume for you. Please keep in mind, though, the more information you give us, the more comprehensive your resume will be. We will need your employment history (dates and titles of past employment) at a minimum.
The customer is always right. We are willing to work with you until you are satisfied.
If you decide to receive a custom cover letter instead of the standard cover letter, then you can review the cover letter (one round of edits). There is no review process for LinkedIn content, though, since it is taken from your resume.
Yes. After we have finalized your resume you will receive editable (MS Word) copies of all your documents. During the review process, you will receive PDFs.
